To Our LifeStream Residents, Family and Friends,

The Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to be front and center of every news cast, talk show, social media site, and our day-to-day conversations with everyone that we encounter. We have been praying for those who are affected by the virus, and those families whose world has been turned upside down in an instant. While admittedly there is much fear and uncertainty in the world, we ask you to join us in remaining comforted by – and trusting in – the provident, loving God we serve.

At LifeStream, our highest priority is the safety and well-being of our Residents, Associates, family members and our communities. LifeStream’s dedicated Associates are trained well – and practice – to respond to emergencies and disasters. While COVID-19 is like nothing the world has seen, these same emergency procedures apply now. The response team we deployed weeks ago, activated these emergency procedures and they are being fully employed today. Take heart that at LifeStream, we are well prepared to respond to an outbreak, should one occur at our communities.

Information continues to change rapidly and we will continue to be very proactive in our response to guidance by the CDC and our state governing authorities. We know you want to be informed, so we have established a special webpage: www.LifeStreamLiving.com/coronavirus where you will find our latest updates. We have also established an information line at 623-933-8753 that you may call and leave your questions. Understandably, we believe there will be a high number of calls to this number, so we ask in advance for your patience. We will make every effort to respond quickly to all messages received.

LifeStream communities remain safe for Residents and Associates. We continue to strongly recommend that all Residents, Associates, guests, and service providers protect themselves and those with whom they come in to contact. Please follow the CDC recommendations of washing hands frequently, covering mouth and nose when coughing and sneezing, keeping a distance of 6 feet between you and others, avoiding touching your eyes, nose and mouth, and seeking medical care if you have symptoms.

Proverbs encourages us with following wisdom, “The prudent see danger and take refuge, but the simple keep going and pay the penalty” (Proverbs 22:3). Rest assured that LifeStream is acting with prudence, and not out of fear, for the Lord God Almighty is still on the throne and Jesus is right beside us.

LifeStream remains confident in the God we serve, and continues to diligently protect the Residents we are called to serve.
