Dear LifeStream Family-
We have some exciting news to share with you today. As many of you know, LifeStream was founded as a faith-based, nonprofit more than 40 years ago. Our core focus since then has been to serve, care for and minister to Arizona Seniors. LifeStream’s mission has impacted thousands of lives through our independent living, assisted living and skilled care communities.
LifeStream’s Leadership Team and Board of Directors have always looked forward, planning and preparing for the changing needs of our fast-growing Senior population. We are excited to announce to you today the steps we are taking to ensure LifeStream will continue its nonprofit, faith-based mission well into the future.
As of April 1, 2022, LifeStream is joining the family of Bethesda Senior Living Communities. Bethesda is one of the nation’s largest, nonprofit and faith-based Senior Living organizations. Headquartered in Colorado Springs, CO., and founded more than 60 years ago, the organization has grown to serve Seniors in 20 communities across five states. (Click here to view video announcement).
“By joining the Bethesda family, LifeStream will expand its impact and ability to meet the needs of our current and future Residents.” — Ron Estes, President & CEO
Like LifeStream, Bethesda shares our Vision to meet the needs of Arizona’s growing Senior population; and shares our Mission to do so as a faith-based nonprofit organization. For more than six decades, Bethesda has been guided by its core belief that business, benevolence and service go hand-in-hand.
Bethesda is committed to the same core values we follow as part of the LifeStream Way — providing real home environments and creating meaningful life for the Seniors they serve each day. Lastly, and importantly, Bethesda shares a heart for its employees, or our Associates that we lovingly call Team LifeStream. Just like LifeStream, Bethesda is a person-centered organization that puts people first.
We will be holding informational meetings at each community across the next 2 weeks. The LifeStream Leadership will be with you this week to answer questions and provide more information. The week of January 17, Residents and Associates will be able meet Bethesda’s CEO, Dana Rasic along with the other key leadership team members. Dates and times for these meetings can be found here.
By joining the Bethesda family, LifeStream will expand its impact and ability to meet the needs of our current and future Residents. We have been so encouraged throughout this process and are excited to see how God continues to use the ministry of LifeStream to reach and serve Arizona Seniors. Please join us in prayer for Bethesda and their leadership team – and for our Residents and Associates as we take these first steps forward on an exciting new path.
