LifeStream believes honesty and transparency are the most critical part of our communication approach with our Residents, Families and Associates. This Coronavirus Communication Record page provides an on-going log of every Resident, Family and Associate communication that we have released on our Coronavirus page and/or via email over the past months.

These documents are organized by: COVID Notifications, General Communication, Independent Living Communication (Resident), Assisted Living/Skilled Nursing Communication (Resident), and Associate. The log provides the date the communication was released, and the most recent communication will be at the top of each group. Any important notes will be included as well.

LifeStream’s COVID-19 Accommodations

LifeStream is uniquely qualified and well-positioned to serve those who need a trusted place to heal and rest. We are able to serve both individuals who have been diagnosed with COVID-19, or those that are suspected to have COVID-19. We have prepared two COVID+ Accommodation environments and a 14-Day Observation Accommodation environment at our LifeStream at Youngtown community.
