As we find our County’s COVID-19 infection rates continue to decrease, we are thankful as we’ve begun gathering together again. Even still, we want to be mindful and diligent about our steps for prevention and infection control as we move forward.
Even though Maricopa County’s COVID-19 numbers continue to improve and vaccinations clinics at our Communities are nearly complete, asking visitors to make reservations is one of the best ways for us to help prepare for safe and healthful visits. Reservations for visits can be made with the links listed below.
We are very excited to welcome visitors back in to our Communities. These simple steps for infection control will help us in our ongoing COVID-19 fight. Should you have any questions, please contact your Community’s Executive Director or Administrator.

About Visitation Postponement
Maricopa County and Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) requires us to temporarily suspend visitation for a community if there is one-or-more COVID-19 cases in that community. Visitation is postponed until the Community has completed two full cycles of weekly testing with no new COVID-19 positive cases. ADHS further requires that visits be suspended if we do not have sufficient staff or personal protective equipment (PPE) to support visitation. Visitation is postponed until such time as sufficient levels of staffing and/or PPE are restored.
